One can get “lost” on utube! I like that fellows front Plow for his loader although I don’t see any pictures of it or videos... I’ve gota make up something like that !

I've always thought that would work better for snow than a bucket. You can push better with the blade and then scrape the tops off the banks easier. Would work nice on steps as well...
