Mine was. I assumed (my bad, I know) that it was a setting controlled by the administrators, but no, it is controlled in your profile. :oops:

To set it to Standard Time, go to the "User Control Panel", "Board Preferences" tab, and uncheck Summer/DST. All times will now be shown correctly for the Winter.
