Cub Cadets large or small

This is just like the old coffee shop, which was like the old coffee shop down the street. Pull up a chair, sit down and enjoy some good discussions. Please, no political, religious or racial posts.

Your very lucky to be in the area to get those, up here in Canada all we see are "green stuff". Thanks for showing them.

Way to go Paul. Three nice wide frames there. My collection of these 1/16th scale beauties includes every body casting Ertl offered of the CC's. It was fun looking for them over the years. Now I have variations of each too. Latest project is stretching a red 682 into a 982. 8-)
Each February my IHCC Chapter 35 hosts a farm toy show that I've chaired for years. It has grown so that a very popular portion of the displays is taken by members showing their little tractors such as you shared with us here. ;)
Can't wait to see the 50th anniversary model CC toy in my stable. 8-)

Gene, I don't have them all, but do have a few more and have both versions of the 50th coming. There were 3 or 4 more rough ones on a table at the show that the seller thought more of than I did. One was a 1X2/3 that was incomplete and had a price ($75) that was more than I have paid for a real version..........

This one is way off topic, that said I have never taken it out of the box and have no idea what it may be worth today.
I bought it in 1990 and as I recall a coworker bought 6 of them.

Scott,
Wouldn't be a Cub Cadet if it didn't. You usually find them on the inside of the hood and the hood is "stuck" so I can't tell

You might need a blade extension on top with the snow we're getting now... or a snowthrower? I know what I'm doing tomorrow!
I wouldn't complain too much about runs. It could be 5 coats of ungrindable paint instead :x

Hey Paul,
Looks like you might get some of that white stuff on your truck today without ever leaving town!!!
I wonder if they make a little teeny tiny little salt spreader for that Cub :?:

Been in Mansfield, PA for a couple days and all we have is cold...... and wind. Doesn't look too bad out there today wind wise.
I found a small repair shop yesterday that has all kinds of tractors sitting around and there was some yellow in there. I filed it away for another visit (when it's warmer).

Scott,
I don't know if a teeny tiny salt spreader is available or not, but teeny tiny ICE Tires are not available, and I would need them to use the teeny tiny salt spreader. Got 1/4"-1/2" or so of ice on top of everything....... There is a semi on the "Jersey Barrier" type divider between the east and west lanes of one of the major interstates causing some traffic problems right now.
