We need to setup maximum size of image attachments. 800 x 600 600x 450 pixels.... what size you suggest ??

If possible, I would say at least 800x600. I believe that was the limit before. That allows plenty of detail witout making the page too wide for some monitors.
although that may not be an issue if they show up as thumbnails.
