So Yesterday I decide to get the Cubs ready for snow duty.... Yeah I know late in the Season BB!

I came home and switched tires from 3240#2 to the GT3200 that has the blower on it. I also put the weight bracket and weights on the rear.

I also put the blade on 3240#1 and the weight bracket etc on it. I then added shoes to the blade as they were missing, and put a new Teflon cutting edge on it. I don't have really good pictures as it got dark but you can see both anxiously awaiting being used sitting in the garage last night! :)

Then this morning I got up early to 4-5" of the lightest powder snow you can imagine. Out came the GT3200 with the blower. I hadn't ever blown snow until this morning I've always used a blade, but this is the greatest invention since sliced bread! Only part I don't like is I forgot to disable the stupid reverse PTO kick out on the GT3200 so every time I back up the PTO quits. GRrrr.... That will get fixed before our next snow fall!

I sure hope I get to give my 3240 a workout this weekend! They're calling for enough snow, so it just might happen! Looking good BB!

Here's some pics of the 3240 after clearing out my driveway. It was tough to get some action pics while clearing snow, but I got a couple!

I got my orings for my valve rebuilds for when I add some extra hydraulic circuits. Cub wanted 3 bucks a piece for each ring. One bag was 4 bucks, one was 6, and the one bag was 14 bucks for 100 orings each!

My 3240 #1came with a busted rear. When I got it home I quickly realized the case was busted and had to find a "new" rear. I found an aluminum one out of a 3225 parts tractor and swapped it in. Last year I found a 3235 someone had robbed the engine from and bought it for the cast iron rear.

Today I finally decided to open up the cast rear to inspect it and also Loctite the differential bolts. With that completed I swapped it into the 3240 so it's back to correct.

I am so glad to have that tractor fixed like it should be. It bugs me when stuff isn't right.

Here's a couple of plow day pics of the 3240. Even got ol' Vince out there on her! The 3240 definitely held it's own with all of the other tractors, and there's nothing like setting the cruise and just going along for the ride! Was very pleased with how it did overall!

Brought another one home. This one brand new still sealed in the factory crate! I'll probably just leave it there as I don't actually need to use it. Came with the snow blower, blade, and deck too!

Hey BB, I'm new, but Oak told me about this site. I'm from mytractorforum and looking for the 40th Anniversary decals and was told you're the man to ask. Hood, side panel or rear fender decals left? Please let me know if you have any left? Thanks, Jason
