I'm reading the 1811 Owners Manual and I see reference to checking and adjusting the Pivot Bar Adjustment Bolts.
I haven't clue what this adjustment is for, suggestions?

I think it's just to take up or tightin fore and aft movement on the front axle. Not too easy to get in there...especially w mule and deck on. Good luck
127, 1650, 1572, 1872, 2072 . A mower, blower and blade for each.

These adjusters are in front of the axle and right behind the mule drive mount. Looks like a good addition to the tractor.

IIRC those were added around 1987 or so. I had a 1986 model 1811 built late in the year and it did not have the adjusters.
