Here's the numbers off the M&W if'n you want them. The main section shows 4B002 and the cap shows 4B 003. Wonder why.

Geezer may want those numbers, but they are probably part/casting numbers. The serial is on a data plate on the part that is missing (the 2" spacer).

Scoot: Here is a picture of the parts breakdown on the M&W.
Open that picture up and you can see that you can make a beer tap handle for that M&W broken handle.
